The League of Women Voters of Ohio:
- Recruits and develops members.
- Provides support services to 33 local Leagues across the state.
- Takes positions on public policy matters.
- Lobbies for changes in public policy.
- Encourages our grassroots members to lobby through Action Alerts.
- Collaborates with a number of citizen groups to influence elected officials.
The League of Women Voters of Ohio Education Fund:
- Registers voters and coordinates voter-service efforts.
- Helps get out the vote.
- Publishes nonpartisan voter guides.
- Administers foundation grants on a range of projects in the public interest.
- Offers citizen education on statewide issues and ballot measures.
- Conducts studies on government, social policy and environmental issues.
